Your QuickBooks connection has endedQuickBooks connection ended
Hemut Command can no longer read from or write to your QuickBooks Online company.
What disconnecting did
Command stopped using its access. If you disconnected from Command, we asked Intuit to revoke our access and cleared the stored tokens right away. If you disconnected from inside QuickBooks Online, Intuit revoked our access, and Command clears its stored copies when it finds they no longer work. Either way, nothing more is sent to or read from your QuickBooks company.
What stays
- Invoices, payments and settlements already created in Command remain in Command.
- Entries already in QuickBooks stay there. Command does not remove them.
- Your account, item and customer matches stay in Command, so a reconnect does not start from scratch.
How to reconnect
Sign in to Command, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Connect on the QuickBooks Online row. If you reconnect the same QuickBooks company, invoice syncing picks up where it left off. If you connect a different company, an administrator reviews the setup check and switches invoice syncing on again. Sign in to Command.
