Load tracking software

Load tracking software your customers can open, not just your dispatchers

Track every load with ELD data, live truck positions and a shareable tracking page. Revised ETAs and late-delivery heads-ups replace manual check calls.

Every load on one map

Hemut puts ELD hours of service, truck positions and driver app locations on one map, next to the loads on the dispatcher board. A dispatcher sees where a truck is, how many hours it has left and which load it is on, without logging into the ELD separately.

ELD data

Connect one or more ELDs and see hours of service next to each driver.

Driver app locations

Drivers on the app share their location with dispatch.

Facility geofences

Facilities appear as geofence circles on the map.

A link you can hand a customer

A public tracking page shows a customer the load’s status timeline, a map and the ETA for the next stop, with no login. Detailed shipper tracking links are part of Command All-in.

Status timeline

Customers see which step the load is on, through to delivered.

Next-stop ETA

The page flags when the ETA is running late.

Links that expire

A link that is no longer valid shows a clear message, not an error.

An end-to-end TMS

Deploy an end-to-end TMS with AI integrated at every level.

ETAs and exceptions without the phone

ETAs are adjusted for the hours of service a driver has left. Playbooks send a late-delivery heads-up and a revised ETA automatically, and the board shows the latest check call result for each movement.

Hours-aware ETAs

A pickup or delivery ETA accounts for the driver’s remaining hours.

Starter playbooks

Late-delivery heads-up and revised ETA are included from the first day.

Check calls on the board

The latest outcome shows per movement, so you do not chase it.

Works with the hardware you have

Hemut does not sell GPS devices. It reads data from the ELDs your trucks already carry, connected through WithTerminal, and a carrier can link more than one ELD. Ask which of your devices connect before you rely on it.

No new hardware

Software only. Your existing ELD stays in the truck.

More than one ELD

Link several ELDs, and disconnect or reconnect one from the integrations screen.

Questions

Do I need new GPS hardware?

No. Hemut is software only. It reads location and hours of service from the ELDs already in your trucks, connected through WithTerminal, and from the driver app. If a device is not supported, ask us before you buy anything.

Can customers track loads?

Yes. A tracking page shows the status timeline, a map and the next-stop ETA without a login. Detailed shipper tracking links are included in Command All-in. Links can expire, and an expired link shows a plain message.

How accurate are ETAs?

ETAs account for the hours of service a driver has left, not only distance. They depend on the data the ELD and the driver app report, so we do not publish an accuracy percentage. The trial lets you compare them with your own loads.

Does it support multiple ELDs?

Yes. A carrier can link several ELDs through WithTerminal, and admins can disconnect or reconnect each one. Fleets that run mixed devices see them in the same place.

What does it cost?

Live tracking is part of every plan, starting at $99 a month with 3 trucks included. Detailed shipper tracking links need Command All-in. Every rate is on the pricing page.
