Loads
Every order with its stops, status and assigned driver.
A live dispatcher board, every driver ranked for the load with ETAs that respect hours, rate confirmations read from email, and a driver app. Unlimited dispatchers on every plan.
Takes every load in your system and finds the optimal assignment across your fleet.
Provides live ETAs on every active load and flags exceptions before they become problems.
Tracks every tractor, trailer, and driver, and flags issues before they turn into firefights.
The dispatcher board keeps loads, movements, drivers, tractors and trailers in one place, so a dispatcher answers who has what and what is next without opening five tools. Each board has search and column filters. Every truck on it also shows up on load tracking.
Every order with its stops, status and assigned driver.
Each leg of a load, so splits and relays are visible as their own rows.
Who is available, where they are and what they are hauling.
Equipment and its pairings, kept next to the drivers who use it.
Hemut scores every available driver against the load you are covering, on distance to pickup, hours left, equipment fit and past performance. The best fit comes first with the reasons beside it, and each pickup ETA already counts the hours that driver has left. Driver ranking, backhauls and Find Loads are on Command Pro and above.
Every driver scored for the load and ranked best first. Each pickup ETA counts the hours the driver has left, not just the miles.
Open freight near one driver, filtered to their equipment and sorted by empty miles, from the same screen.
Drive, shift, cycle and break time for a driver, without leaving the board.
One end-to-end TMS with an AI workforce built in, so the system and the people running it work from the same screen.

Deploy an end-to-end TMS with AI integrated at every level.
A rate confirmation that arrives by email is parsed into a draft order, and a dispatcher can convert it or dismiss it. If you upload a rate confirmation PDF yourself, the fields prefill the new order so nobody retypes them.
Inbound rate confirmations land in an inbox of draft loads, ready to convert.
Drop in the PDF and the order form fills itself for review.
Hemut suggests the backhaul home for each truck, an agent books load-board freight for you, and the board shows the latest check call result for each movement.
Loads for the trip home, matched to where each truck finishes, so trucks stop running back empty.
The load-board agent books freight for you on Uber Freight, Echo and Navisphere, and bids on the rest.
The most recent check-in outcome shows per movement, so the board answers it for you.
Drivers get a mobile app that carries their loads, messages with dispatch, load documents and their location. Dispatch sees the same information on the board, so there is one version of where a load stands.
Drivers see what is assigned to them and what comes next.
Chat with dispatch and send load documents from the cab.

We don’t sell software. We drive outcomes.
Every plan includes every dispatcher. Only tractors you dispatch count as trucks, so hiring another dispatcher never changes the bill. The first three trucks are included and the rest are priced in published bands.

It is the system a dispatcher uses to match loads to drivers and equipment, track progress and keep customers informed. Good dispatch software puts hours of service, location and load details on one screen so each assignment takes seconds.
Drivers have a mobile app for loads, messages and documents. Dispatchers work in a web browser. We do not claim a full dispatcher experience on a phone, so try the trial on the devices your office uses.
Yes. Carriers can use Hemut for dispatch while their existing TMS stays the system of record. That integration is part of an Enterprise engagement and is not included in self-serve plans. The page on switching from a legacy TMS explains how it works.
As many as you need. Every plan includes unlimited dispatchers, and only the tractors you dispatch count toward the price. Drivers and trailers never count either.
No. Hemut is not a public load board. Command can post brokered loads to DAT for carriers that broker freight, and Pro includes tools to find loads, but it does not replace a load board subscription.
