Trucking TMS

Trucking TMS software, built as an AI operating system

Hemut is the AI operating system for carriers: dispatch, live tracking, documents and billing in one TMS, with AI agents that handle the calls and email that used to eat the day. Every price is published.

What a trucking TMS has to do

A transportation management system for a carrier has five jobs: get loads in, put the right driver on each one, show where every truck is, keep the paperwork straight through to the invoice, and keep drivers and equipment compliant. Command covers each one, with an AI workforce on top. Start with dispatch or load tracking.

Load entry

Rate confirmations that arrive by email are read and turned into orders, or you key a load in by hand.

See dispatch

Dispatch

One board for loads, drivers, movements, tractors and trailers, with hours of service in view when you assign.

See dispatch

Tracking

ELD hours of service, truck positions and a tracking page you can send a customer.

See tracking

Documents and billing

Invoicing, factoring exports, driver settlements and QuickBooks sync are part of the accounting module, which is included in the plans.

Run on Command, or start beside your old system

Command is a full TMS, and it is the system you run freight on. If you are on another TMS today, Command can connect to it first so nothing stops while you move. If you are leaving an old system, this is how the switch works.

As your TMS

Command runs the whole operation: dispatch, tracking, documents, accounting and compliance in one system, with your data moved over by a named team.

Beside your current TMS while you switch

Command connects to your existing system, so dispatchers work in Hemut while the old system stays the record until you retire it.

Hemut Command.
One system, an AI workforce inside.

One end-to-end TMS with an AI workforce built in, so the system and the people running it work from the same screen.

  • SamScheduling Agent

Takes every load in your system and finds the optimal assignment across your fleet.

  • TommyTracking Agent

Provides live ETAs on every active load and flags exceptions before they become problems.

  • ArunaAsset Management Agent

Tracks every tractor, trailer, and driver, and flags issues before they turn into firefights.

An AI workforce

Leverage an AI workforce that helps run your operations.

An end-to-end TMS

Deploy an end-to-end TMS with AI integrated at every level.

What it costs

Command starts at $99 a month and includes 3 trucks. Each truck after that is priced in bands, like tax brackets, and every rate for every plan is on the pricing page. There is no free tier, only a free trial of 30 days or 25 loads with no card.

How to choose a TMS

Choose on what you will feel every day: how fast loads get in, how many screens an assignment takes, and what happens when something goes late. Check each of these eight points against any system you consider, Hemut included.

  • Integrations: does it connect to the TMS, ELD and accounting tools you already run?
  • Pricing model: per truck, per user or per module, and is it published?
  • Implementation time: days or quarters, and who does the work?
  • Mobile driver app: can drivers see loads and send documents from a phone?
  • EDI: does it handle your customers’ EDI, and at which plan?
  • Accounting: invoicing and settlements inside the system or in a separate tool?
  • Support: a person who knows your account, or a ticket queue?
  • Exit terms: can you cancel without a contract and take your data with you?

Questions

What is a TMS for trucking?

A transportation management system is the software a carrier runs freight on. It holds the loads, assigns drivers, tracks trucks, stores documents and feeds billing. Hemut adds AI agents that handle repetitive calls and email on top of that core.

How much does TMS software cost?

Hemut Command is $99 a month with 3 trucks included, then a per-truck price that falls as the fleet grows. Fleets of 31 trucks or more are Enterprise, priced to the operation. All plan rates are published on the pricing page.

Do I have to replace my current TMS?

No. Command connects to your existing system, so dispatchers work in Hemut while the old system stays the record. Carriers that want one platform can move over completely later. The connection is part of an Enterprise engagement, not the self-serve plans.

Does it suit a 5-truck fleet?

Yes. The first 3 trucks are included in every plan, and a 6-truck fleet on Command is $186 a month. You can start the 30 day trial yourself in about five minutes, with no card and no sales call.

What does it integrate with?

Command connects to your existing TMS, to ELDs through WithTerminal, and to QuickBooks for accounts receivable. Each integration has its own limits, so ask about your exact setup before you sign anything.

How long does implementation take?

A self-serve fleet needs an email address and a company name, and can dispatch the same afternoon. Enterprise engagements with a TMS integration or data migration take longer and are planned with you by a named team.
